From 2016-2018, I helped a Therapist build their own private practice. During that time, I also wrote articles for various mental health websites and magazines.
In 2018, I began seeing clients clinically as an inpatient counselor, and later that year I became an outpatient Therapist. I have also spent time seeing clients as a Therapist within a group practice.
I volunteer speaking at various universities, where I teach undergraduate students how to become a Therapist. I’ve also volunteered at clinics running group therapy and psychoeducation sessions using my own curriculum topics I created.
Throughout the entirety of my career, I’ve helped clients struggling with drug and alcohol addictions, addictive tendencies, ADHD, autism, anxiety, disordered eating, pregnancy/postpartum, life transitions and adjustments, stress, overwhelm, and challenges involving being a healthcare professional.
I want my clients to feel genuinely cared for, understood, listened to, supported and advocated for. I’m a Therapist and I’m also neurodivergent, so personally and professionally I understand the unique struggles we face.
